How long will the repair service take?
We endeavour to complete repairs on a Same Day basis although on occasions depending on the current volume of repairs or parts being out of stock this may delay the process further. Samsung Glass only repairs will take 3-5 working days.

How do I get my device into the iRepairz repair centre?
You will be required to drop off, post or arrange the collection of your device/s. We recommend well packaging your device/s and sending them fully insured. As you can appreciate we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages whilst being in transit. Once packaged you will need to send to:

How much will I be charged for my device/s to be returned to me (Within the UK)?
Standard Delivery Free of Charge (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) 1-3 Working Days
Nextday Delivery £9.99 (Fully Insured and Guaranteed for delivery before 1pm)
Nationwide Courier Collect and Return Service: £24.99 (Collection will be made the following working day)
If my device cannot be fixed will I be charged?
Yes, you will required to pay for our Diagnosis service which would have been completed upon receipt of the device which is charged at £19.99 with free standard return delivery.
Does my Repair or Shop item come with any warranty?
Repairs carried out are Guaranteed with 6 Months Warranty. Any repair services carried out where the customer has supplied the parts we are unable to offer any warranty on the repair.
Exclusions: Accidential damages, Water Damage repairs, Devices that have been tampered with by a third party.
All warrantys offered are offered on a RTB (Return to base) basis so you will be required to cover the cost of getting them to us, although we will cover the cost back to you if it is not an issue we cannot resolve over the phone or via email.
How can I pay for goods or services?
Cash, Bank Transfer, Card (Credit Card payments made onsite will incur a 2% surcharge - Debit Charge 0% surcharge)
